With a holistic and strengths-based approach, he draws on a variety of tools including mindfulness and stress reduction techniques.  He is skilled at helping people identify how past memories may still be affecting the present. He draws on various approaches such as Coherence Therapy to move toward lasting resolution.  Andy’s training as a pastoral counselor has also equipped him to work with people who want to address spiritual concerns and questions.

Andy has experience working with people struggling with depression, substance abuse, anxiety, career concerns and more.  He works with people of all ages including adolescents as well as with couples and groups.

His mission is to help people live more abundant joy-filled lives.  He promotes self-exploration with an attitude of curiosity and gentleness, believing that even our self-defeating behaviors make sense if we explore deeply enough.  In order to live a more authentic, engaged, loving, and joyful life, Andy encourages a move from head to heart.
